There is another epidemic on the rise…burnout.

Burnout is a sneaky devil.

While there are 4 stages of burnout, we often don’t acknowledge and accept what we’re dealing with until the later stages.

And by that point, it can take weeks, months, or even YEARS to back out of it. The trick is to identify burnout early on and introduce some of the healthy habits.

How can you tell if you’re burning out?

??Do you ever find yourself making several trips to the coffee pot because you need a caffeine jolt to power through your workload?

??Do you feel defeated at the end of the day thinking about all the stuff that you should have done instead of feeling energized by the things you completed?

??Do you dread Mondays because you know the clock is ticking closer and closer to the time you have to go back to work?

If you feel this way – your well-being is at risk, and you’re not alone. Your coworkers are likely feeling the pressure too.

Ask your boss what wellness solutions they offer to help you restore balance. (If the answer is none, send them my way!)

If you’re not sure, send me a message saying “BE MY BEST SELF” and let’s get this figured out together.

No stranger to life’s curveballs, Oksana’s personal journey spans a challenging childhood in the USSR and solo immigration to the US, where her pursuit of the American dream resulted in massive burnout and depression. Ultimately, a transformational experience in the Indian Himalayas led her to found SattvaMe, a mental well-being training organization that bridges the gap between stress, anxiety, and the infinite possibility for people to evolve into their highest potential.
