You likely have a lot on your mind right now and that’s NORMAL. But it can steal your peace if you don’t deal with it.
One of the best things that you can do is try to stay in the moment.
It’s easy to let our minds wander and get distracted. Remind yourself that the past is in the past (you can’t change it) and the future hasn’t happened yet so it doesn’t make sense to worry about it right now. Stay focused.
One tip many people who struggle with this use is “grounding.”
Grab a stress ball and squeeze it a few times while you’re working. It signals to your brain that it’s in the right here, right now so if you’ve been daydreaming or thinking about something else, it’ll snap you back to the moment.
What do you do to help you stay focused?

“Instead of bracing yourself for the perils of the unknown, embrace the joy that is here, in your present moment.”
